Hydraulic hoses such as SAE 100 R1, R2, R9, R13, 4SP, and 4SH are manufactured through advanced wire braiding and hose extrusion processes. These hoses are supplied by hose manufacturers in bare roll form.

Since these hoses are designed for high pressure applications, they cannot be used directly in their bare form. To make them operational, high pressure hose end fittings must be provided on both ends. These fittings are crimped onto the hose ends using specialized hydraulic hose crimping machines, ensuring a secure and leak proof connection.
Once the hose end fittings are crimped on to the hoses, the hoses are now ready for use.
